**Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy**

Cancelling an appointment can be done up to 6 hours before your appointment time via the near cut app, telephone or Facebook page (No charge)  

Clients who cancel after the 6-hour period will be liable to pay the appointment value 

Clients who miss appointments or decide 1 hour before that they are not going to make it; they will be liable to pay 100% the appointment value  

As soon as you fail to attend or message to cancel less than 6 hours before appointment time your Nearcut account will be blocked (cancelling all your future bookings)  Nearcut will be re activated once payment is recived.
