 Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy 2022 

Due to a high number of missed appointments & lost revenue last year I have had to bring in the following rule this applies to all clients 

Cancelling an appointment can be done up to 8 hours before your appointment time via the near cut app, telephone or Facebook page (No charge)  

Clients who cancel after the 8-hour period will be liable to pay 50% of the appointment value 

Clients who miss appointments or decide 1 hour before that they are not going to make it; they will be liable to pay 100% the appointment value  

As soon as you fail to attend or message to cancel less than 8 hours before appointment time your Nearcut account will be blocked (cancelling all your future bookings)  Nearcut will be re activated once payment is payment is recived  

 Payments to be made Cash or via bank transfer 

I hope clients can understand my decision I have very few rules as I like the salon to be a laid back environment
